pblm pour la creation de mon bébé

voila jai un soucis quand je créer mon premier bébé a la fin au momen de cliquer sur naissance il n'y a rien qui se passe et aussi je comprend pas pk je voi pas la tete de mon bébé car j'ai limpression de choisir au pif !!!!
aidez moi svp

Bonjour,

As-tu bien installé le plug-in UNITY WEB PLAYER que l'on te demande de télécharger suite à l'inscription? c'est pour pouvoir afficher le bébé dans le jeu. Sinon tu ne pourras pas jouer.

Vérifie aussi que tu l'as bien installé après l'avoir téléchargé.

Utilise INTERNET EXPLORER pour éviter les erreurs (parfois les boutons ne fonctionnent pas).

 

Donc:

1) vérifie que tu as bien téléchargé UNITY WEB PLAYER

2) Vérifie qu'une fois téléchargé, tu as exécuté et installé UNITY WEB PLAYER

3) utilise INTERNET EXPLORER

 

cela devrait résoudre tes problèmes.

 Bonjour, as-tu bien installé UNITY WEB PLAYER comme demandé en fin d'inscription. Ce logiciel permet d'afficher la 3D sur l'ordinateur. Si tu ne l'as pas fait tu vas devoir le faire sinon tu ne verras pas ton bébé. Si tu l'as déjà fait et que tu as des erreurs d'affichage du bébé, c'est un problème de mise à jour de carte graphique de ton ordinateur (demande de l'aide à quelqu'un qui s'y connait :))

 

En cliquant sur le bouton naissance, cela peut prendre un peu de temps pour charger ton bébé mais quelques minutes seulement. 2 solutions :

- vérifie que ton affichage/zoom est bien à 100% (normal) car sinon le bouton est décalé sur la page

- si oui, lorsque tu cliques sur naissance et que rien ne se passe, recliques plusieurs fois sur le bouton, cela devrait lancer le chargement.

 

De notre côté nous avons testé la création de bébé, aucun problème technique.
