For Example you obtain codes in My Baby 2 ds & wii games by playing from month to month like say I'm on month 15 with my toddler & I look at the health booklet on the ds or wii game there'll be a code that look's similiar to something like this: ACX65T for example. Then I move on to month 16 & there be a code for that month as well in my baby 2 there is a new code for each month you progress through the games depending on which game version your playing but both ds & wii version of my baby 2 have codes also which can be used on this website to show people your baby in your game.
As far as My Baby 3 & friends ds goes with codes I called majesco when the game was originally released & asked them where to find the codes on the internet & the guy who worked for majesco was nice enough to just give me the codes for my baby 3. :)
The codes in my baby 3 ds are just for outfits they do not unlock anything else that I'm aware of. :)
