Help can't create an baby album

I CAN'T CREATE A BABY ALBUM I PUT MY BABY'S NAME WITCH IS BART IN THE NAME BOX AND I HAVE PUT THE RIGHT CODE IN WITCH IS FJKP5 IN THE CODE BOX BUT WHEN I CLICK REGISTER IT WON'T LET MY PUT A PHOTO OF BART INTO THE ALBUM AND I WOULD LOVE TO PUT IT IN MY ALBUM AND SEE IT ON THIS WEBSITE BABY'S ALBUM.

I just tried entering my toddlers codes (Dakota) he's indian in the game & it won't let me enter in the codes at all the weird thing is all my other codes work for my other toddlers weird...

You sure you got the full code I tried putting barts pic up but it wouldn't let me either sorry. The code is on the baby profile page in the game. & you can only enter the codes using a regular computer you can't enter the codes using the web on your wii or dsi I know cuz I tried only worked on regular computer sorry...
