Okay Okay I get the problem my bad I forgot to say this earlier my bad. When you type in the code remember to have it in all upper case letters basically to make it real simple. On your keyboard above the shift key their be a button that say's "Caps Lock" press it then type in the code as far as your toddlers name you spell it however you want sorry I forgot to mention that earlier my bad lol (^_^)
